If you love being outside on the water, kayaking could be perfect for you. It’s similar to canoeing but normally carried out solo, using a double ended paddle to propel you through the water.

Kayaking can be a real adrenaline rush, especially if you progress to white water. It will really get your heart working hard, as well as strengthen the core muscles and arms.

But how do I get involved?
