There are lots of ways you can be active. Have a look through at some suggestions below and use the links to find an activity close to where you live.

You can usually ask for a free trial session if you'd like to give something a try for the first time but always speak with your haemophilia care team before taking on a new activity.

Remember that day to day activities like walking or cycling to and from places, walking the dog, going to the local park or playground also count as physical activity so keep these up!
